Also, there\u2019s a smart Tv and a mini-fridge. This bedroom has a private entrance to a dreamy furnished terrace. Hamilton Villa has two spacious living rooms; each is set on a different floor. On the ground floor, there\u2019s an open plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation, accompanied by the living area and a wc. Also, there\u2019s a gym area and a library. Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.<\/p>\n

The villa is situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the islands major attractions and just a short drive from the centre of Rhodes town. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies etc. You shouldn\u2019t miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 5 minutes\u2019 drive far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20-minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half hour drive too.<\/p>\n
